What type of people are you looking for?

There is no one ‘type’ but we are looking for some specific attributes which includes honesty - this is the most important. We then look for ambition, manners, willingness to learn, communication skills and social skills. Education comes second. For some roles we require very specific experience which we’ll always detail on a role specification.

Where are you based?

Our head office is in London. Many of our team live in or around London.

Can I work from home?

We employ a flexible working policy. Some people work from home full time, some come into the office. The requirements differ by role.
